Penn State Shenango's Cross Country team capped its inaugural season with an impressive third-place finish at the USCAA National Championships, marking a historic moment for the new program. Freshman Faith Sullivan led the charge with a fourth-place finish, clocking in at 24:34.10, which earned her All-American honors. This strong performance follows her PSUAC Individual Championship title, cementing her as one of the team's rising stars. Freshman Sarah Christy also earned All-American recognition, placing 11th with a time of 25:43.40, underscoring the strength and potential within Shenango's first-year squad.

Adding to the team's success, sophomore Kylee Loreno finished in 29th place with a time of 28:04.40. Freshman Emmy Riddle placed 35th at 29:17.70, and freshman Claire Brown finished in 52nd with a time of 33:34.10, rounding out Shenango's top-five scorers.
