SHARON, PA- On Sunday, the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) announced their post season award winners for the 2019-20 men's basketball season. Donovan Verges, a 6-4 junior from Ypsilanti, Michigan and Milan High School, was named Honorable Mention on the post season All-American team. Verges, also recently named First Team All Conference in the PSUAC West Division, led the Lions all season in numerous catagories to include number of points (368), rebounds (198), and steals (43). Verges also set the modern era record for points in one game with 29 versus #10 ranked in the nation Penn State Greater Allegheny on February 8th at the Buhl Recreation Center.
