Coach Jenny Bolinger comes to Shenango with a 73-28 record from her six years leading the Neshannock Township Girls’ Volleyball program. Building on the legacy of Coach Andrew “Drew” Frank, Jenny consistently led her Neshannock teams to the playoffs, securing a spot in the Top 16 of Pennsylvania’s District 7-WPIAL each year. In 2024, she captured the section championship and advanced to the PIAA State tournament. From 2019 to 2023, Jenny guided Neshannock to consecutive MAC Small School Championships. She has also coached an all-state player and numerous WPIAL All-Star team members. Beyond local achievements, Jenny has demonstrated her commitment to global volleyball development by implementing clinics in the Philippines.

A Neshannock High School alumna, Jenny fell in love with volleyball in high school and continued her career at Taylor University. Her coaching philosophy is driven by a desire to help individuals discover and utilize their gifts and abilities. Jenny is dedicated to fostering life transformation through the game of volleyball, both on and off the court. Jenny’s coaching style is characterized by a focus on teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. She creates a supportive and challenging environment that encourages athletes to push their limits and achieve their best. A motto that is often heard in the gym around Coach Jenny and her husband is “Progress over Perfection.”

The 2025-26 season will mark the first at Penn State Shenango for Coach Bolinger.
