
SHARON. PA- Head Coach Daniel Johnson recently confirmed that point guard Aneziah Fryer has committed to continue her collegiate career at Penn State Shenango.
Fryer, a 5-6 floor leader from Niles McKinley High School, led the Lady Dragons her senior campaign in points and assists offensively as well as steals and charges on the defensive side of the floor.
"Nae is a dynamic high IQ point guard that sets up her teammates and can score at will." Coach Johnson elaborated. "She gets to the basketball often and can step out and hit the three. Defensively she uses her speed and athleticism to negate her opponent and turn defense to offense. As a transfer, she brings college experience to the team."
Aneziah also earned distinction as a four-year letter winner in her playing career at Niles McKinley along with First team All-Trumbull County and First Team All-League in the Northeast 8.
Academically, Aneziah plans to pursue at degree in Business.
