Email: aqf5118@psu.edu

Coach Andrew Frank comes to Shenango with a 103-38 record in eight years leading the Neshannock Township Girls' Volleyball program. Frank led them to their first section championship in school history, capturing that title twice during his tenure, as well as two appearances in the PIAA State tournament, also a first in school history.  Under Coach Frank, Neshannock’s teams appeared in the Top 16 in Pennsylvania’s District 7 - WPIAL each year, making it to the final four twice.  He also previously coached volleyball at Farrell Area School District and Austintown Fitch, both in their inaugural seasons. Frank also formed his own volleyball club, Top Spin Volleyball Club in New Castle, PA.

Growing up in Farrell, PA and learning the game from the best as a young athlete, Andrew brings a love for the game and passion for coaching the sport at its highest levels.  During his time as a student at Penn State (Universty Park), he played club volleyball. He has been a coach and player for more than 30 years and continues to play competitively, regionally, and nationally with his USA Volleyball-affiliated team.

A long time Penn State fan, Andrew has the support of his family and friends as he embarks on this next step in his volleyball coaching career.  He hopes to bring wisdom, instill sound values and a healthy competitive spirit to the players, and their families, as they enter into the next step of their lives as collegiate volleyball student-athletes.  To quote the great John Wooden, “A Good Coach Can Change A Game, A Great Coach Can Change A Life”.  WE ARE…

The 2024 season will mark the first at Penn State Shenango for Coach Frank.
