SHARON, PA- Katie Richards, junior outside hitter from West Middlesex, PA, was a recipient of the Pennsylvania State University Athletic Conference's prestigeous John Fritz Sportsmanship Award, the conference announced on Friday. The award is given annually to the select few individuals that "embody the spirit of sportsmanship" within the conference.

Richards, played in all 25 contests and registered 162 kills on the season.
